This notice describes the early-access application form on noxtree.com.

Draft for review before launch. Noxtree must add its operating legal entity, contact address, applicable lawful basis, and retention period before accepting live applications. This draft is excluded from search indexing.

What the form collects

We ask for your name, business name, business type, city, and email address. You can optionally provide a WhatsApp number and choose whether Noxtree may contact you on WhatsApp about your enquiry. That choice is unchecked by default.

Why you’re sharing it

The form is for asking about early access. Your details allow Noxtree to respond to your enquiry and discuss onboarding. The WhatsApp choice is specific to your early-access enquiry; it is separate from your application.

How the form stores it

When configured for production, the form stores applications in a Cloudflare D1 database. The WhatsApp preference and the time it was recorded are stored separately from the application. Submitting the same email updates the application and adds a new preference record.

This first draft includes no advertising pixels or analytics trackers and does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare may process technical request information when hosting and protecting the website.
